Toyeeb Issa-Qazim founded The Forge Careers around a simple observation: talent decisions are often made with incomplete information. His work sits between executive search and career strategy, using market research, candidate positioning and targeted sourcing to improve the decision on both sides of the market.
His background includes more than five years of recruiting-informed work in the career and talent field, with a dedicated resume and positioning practice since 2023. He brings hands-on experience of executive search briefs, career positioning, executive resume and LinkedIn strategy, targeted opportunity research and talent sourcing to the firm.
That recruiting-side view shapes both sides of the business: how a hiring team defines what it needs, and how a professional’s experience is read by the people screening it.
