Purpose of this website
This website describes the services and perspectives of The Forge Careers. Content is provided for general information and does not, by itself, establish a recruitment, advisory or other commercial engagement.
Engagements are agreed separately
Scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, cancellation, confidentiality and timelines are confirmed in a written agreement for each engagement, and that agreement governs the engagement. Sending an enquiry or a CV does not create a service agreement or an obligation to represent a candidate.
No guaranteed outcomes
Recruitment does not guarantee employment. Career strategy does not guarantee interviews. Strategic search does not guarantee an offer. Candidate representation depends on suitability and mandate requirements. Sponsorship, compensation, relocation and immigration outcomes are not promised. Candidates are never charged to be considered for an employer’s recruitment process.
Using the free resume review
The resume review is provided free of charge for personal career use. Only use documents you are entitled to use, such as your own resume and a published job description. Your documents remain yours, and they are processed on your device. Do not use the tool to assess other people without their knowledge, to build automated scraping or ranking systems, or to interfere with the website.
Limits of automated assessment
The review is a rule-based, indicative assessment. It may miss or misread content, particularly in complex layouts. It is not professional advice, does not reproduce any employer’s applicant tracking system and does not predict whether you will be interviewed or hired. Use your own judgment, and never add experience, qualifications or results you cannot support. The tool may change, be unavailable or be withdrawn without notice.
Accuracy and authorization
Submit accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not upload malicious files, impersonate another person or disclose confidential third-party information. Opportunities may require specific qualifications or employment authorization.
Content, photography and links
Website text and design belong to The Forge Careers and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Editorial articles are general perspectives rather than personalized advice. Portraits shown with a name and title are genuine photographs of that member of the team. All other photographs of people are licensed stock images from Pexels, captioned as illustrative. They do not show the firm’s staff, clients or candidates, and do not imply endorsement. External sites and providers operate under their own terms.
