What submission means
Submitting your profile makes the information available for review against relevant search requirements. It does not guarantee contact, representation, an interview, an offer or placement, and does not imply that a current vacancy exists. Registration is free.
The resume review is separate
Using the free Resume & Job Description Match Review does not register you as a candidate, submit your profile to an employer or give permission to circulate your resume. The tool runs in your browser and sends nothing to the firm. To be considered for relevant mandates, register your profile separately.
What to include
Provide relevant professional experience, current and target functions, seniority, location and professional contact details. A CV must be a PDF or DOCX smaller than 4 MB. Do not include national ID numbers, medical information, bank details or personal information about referees.
How profiles may be evaluated
Profiles are reviewed by a person for relevance to a role, industry, function, market, seniority and mandate context. Evaluation considers the information supplied and may require additional discussion or verification. No automated candidate-ranking system is used, and protected characteristics are not a basis for evaluation.
Storage and access
Profiles and CV uploads are stored through Netlify Forms, with access through authorized project administration tools. They are not published on the website. Profiles are kept for 24 months from submission and then deleted automatically. To stay under consideration after that, submit an updated profile. The privacy notice explains storage, requests and retention.
Employer sharing
Any proposed sharing of your profile with an employer is discussed with you first. Registration alone is not permission to circulate your profile to unrelated organizations.
Keeping your profile current
Email [email protected] to request a correction, provide updated information, withdraw your profile or ask about deletion. Include enough information to identify the submission, but do not email identity documents unless a specific secure verification process has been agreed.
